It brings me much sadness but at the same time, much anticipation of what the future might hold for me...to say...after 25 years in retail and the past 15 years refurbishing VINTAGE furniture...I am hanging up the paintbrush and the Antique Show circuit.
I will continue to create and collect vintage finds on a smaller scale and dedicate more time to my online etsy shoppe.

So I am having a blow-out LIQUIDATING-BUSINESS-ESTATE SALE to lighten my load.
It will be held in my friends BARN just down the road from my old Farmhouse where I held monthly BARN SALES for years.
SATURDAY - JULY 23rd.
8am - 4pm

HEALDSBURG, CA.

I am in the process of doing the same thing, though I've only been in this business for 3 1/2 years. I'm going to focus on online sales such as my website and etsy. I wish you the best of luck in whatever you choose to do next : ) I wish I was there to buy up some of your treasures! They look amazing!!
Oh Cathleen! Sorry to here you hanging up your show boots! But I know exactly how you feel! We have come to the same decision just since the last show in Brimfield, MA. I am sick of doing shows! We will still be doing the show twice a year in Texas, but that is it for us. I do have something else up my sleeve though! Good luck to you!

First...I wish I lived closer...and second...I know whatever you lay your hands on will be a success. You've demonstrated that time and time again with the magic you create with a paint brush. I hope your sale went well. Loving those upholstered (and those missing their fabric) pieces.
